The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the entire accommodation, heating as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The property features a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 open terraces and an outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and a children's pool. The property is situated between 5 and 15 minutes from the airport, the water park Aqualand, a golf course, the city centre and the Plaza Mayor shopping centre. Furthermore, public transport links are located within walking distance. A parking space in a garage is available for a fee, to be arranged with the host. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 8 am. Beach/pool towels are provided. A self-check-in service is available.
